Al Marwan Construct, the contractor arm of Al Marwan Group has completed the Al Majaz Waterfront and Park project in Sharjah, UAE. The project value exceeded AED 21 million.

One of the significant challenges faced during the project was the park's location in the midst of a heavily populated residential area. Al Marwan's team of experts managed to overcome this by developing a detailed project plan that involved careful coordination of construction activities to ensure minimum disruption to the surrounding area.

Throughout the project, Al Marwan provided 24/7 support and service to ensure that the equipment was running smoothly and any issues were addressed promptly. This included on-site maintenance and repair services, as well as the provision of replacement equipment as needed to keep the project on track and within budget.

The new landmark will be home to several F&B outlets and entertainment hubs, which will set Al Majaz forward as a tourist attraction.
